The South facing secluded rear garden is surrounded by mature hedges.
It measures approximately 35 yards by 20 yards and is ideal for ball or racquet games.
There are a number of mature apple trees (eating and cooking) and you can help yourself when the fruit is in season.
There are also a hazel nut tree and plenty of blackberry bushes.
If you are very quiet and lucky you may be able to see the resident local wildlife (rabbits, hedgehogs, badgers, etc)
