Hill House provides is an ideal holiday home to explore Gower. It was rebuilt  in 1895 on the ruin of a much older property that dated back to the  17th century. We carried out extensive renovations in 1990 and you may be surprised to find that it now has two front entrances. This aspect was originally the rear of the property and it only had one small upstairs window. We created this new front entrance and added many more windows to maximise the views to the North. The original front entrance faces inland to the South. It has large windows  to capitalise on the light and heat from the sun as, when the house was originally built,  this was far more important than views across the estuary.
