Elizabeth was born and grew up in Llanrhidian. Her parents were the last of several generations of millers who worked the water mill that is a prominent feature of the village.
Wyn spent most of his early life in Penclawdd where his parents ran the local post office for over 40 years.
Hill House was rebuilt from the ruins of a 17th-century cottage by Elizabeth’s great-grandfather at the turn of the 19th century. It was renovated by us in 1990 and has been providing self catering holiday lets since 2006.
