Weekly rentals run from Friday to Friday (Starting at £440 low season to £940 peak season)
Hill House is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure
Outside the peak seasons Hill House is available for short breaks of 2, 3 or 4 nights (Starting at £270 for 2 nights)
2 night breaks start on Friday or Saturday, 3 nights start on Friday and 4 nights start on Monday.
Other arrangements can sometimes be accommodated in the low season and at Christmas / New Year.
Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity and LPG central heating.
The only things that you have to provide are beach towels, bedding for your pet and logs for the open fire.
We provide a basket of logs to start you off and additional logs can be purchased from the local sawmills or garage.
We primarily cater for families and bookings from groups of young persons
will only be accepted if the hirer is at least 25 years old. The hirer may
also be required to pay a security deposit of £250 and this will be returned
by post at the end of the rental period minus deductions for any damages.
